The export trade line from Caofeidian to Africa is an international line cooperated to run by our company and Caofeidian Port Company, with cement as the major source of cargo. The opening of the line plays an active role for our cement export and provides a convenient channel between our company and some ports of Western African countries such as Mozambique, Angola, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana and Guinea. Meanwhile, it has changed the history that the African export trade line of Tangshan region could only depend on the regular ship of Tianjin port, filled the gap in export trade line between Caofeidian and Africa, and occupied certain advantage for our company’s cement port to gather cargo source and enhance our export competitiveness in the future.
Up to date, our company’s cement export volume at Caofeidian port has exceeded 200 thousand tons, which has laid a dominant status of our company in the cement export at Caofeidian port and made certain contribution to the development of Caofeidian port.
