In order to make the staff clear about their career direction and make all the staff gradually develop the awareness of independent learning and teamwork spirit and build an efficient team of Wanpeng, the HR department of Wanpeng has organized a series of training of the current year themed on professionalism. This is the first time for the company to organize a large-scale training program since its foundation, which has won great support from the group.
On July 13, 2014, the first course the Shift from Specialty to Profession was opened at the conference room of Textile Building, lectured by the lecturer Ran Yunfan. Lecturer Ran lectured on the contents such as the executive force, management communication and cross-department team collaboration to everyone with rich and interesting language, classical cases and in simple terms and step by step, taught the attendees management tools such as PDCA rule, four-quadrant rule, 73855 principle of communication, inspired everyone to reflect upon their shortage in the management work and apply some scientific management skills to enhance their own management capability. During the training, the employees participated actively and interacted well with the lecturer.
After the course was over, the HR department paid a return visit in the form of communication and feedback of suggestions. Most employees expressed that they had learnt a lot in the lecture and wished that there would be more such kind of training and learning opportunities. The course of the first phase had made a good start for the series of training programs.
